Free listings are provided at no cost. No refund applies to free plans.

2️⃣ Paid Plans

• All paid plans are digital services
• Payments are non-refundable once the plan is activated
• Lead volume is not guaranteed
• Plan benefits depend on demand and location

3️⃣ When Refunds Are NOT Applicable

• If leads are fewer than expected
• If user/business does not respond to leads
• If business profile is incomplete
• If plan expiry period has started

4️⃣ Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical payment failure

Any refund (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5️⃣ Cancellation

Users may cancel future renewals anytime. Cancellation does not guarantee a refund.

6️⃣ Payment Gateway

Payments are processed via third-party gateways. LeadKartHub is not responsible for gateway delays or failures.
