Refund Policy

At LeadKartHub, we aim to provide a transparent and efficient marketplace. Since we provide digital services and business leads, our refund policy is designed to balance the interests of both our platform and our professional partners.

1. Free Subscription Models

Basic listings and trial services are provided at zero cost. Since no monetary transaction is involved, no refund claims are applicable for free subscription tiers.

2. Premium Paid Plans

Our premium plans provide immediate access to digital infrastructure and lead distribution networks. Please note:

  • Payments are generally non-refundable once a premium plan is activated.
  • We provide digital assets and lead access; however, lead conversion depends on business follow-ups and market demand.
  • Refunds are not issued based on lead volume fluctuations or service outcome variations.
3. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be processed exclusively in the following scenarios:
• Duplicate transactions due to technical glitches.
• Proven technical failure where the service was not provisioned after payment.

4. Processing Timeline

Approved refund requests are processed within 7–10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) used during the transaction.

5. Cancellation Policy

Users can opt out of plan renewals at any time through their dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not entitle the user to a refund for the currently active billing period.

6. Third-Party Gateways

Transactions are secured via authorized third-party payment gateways. LeadKartHub is not liable for delays or failures caused by banking institutions or gateway providers.
