3. Business Listings & Lead Delivery

Business owners are responsible for the content of their profiles. While we strive to provide high-quality leads, LeadKartHub does not guarantee a specific volume of leads or conversion rates. Lead distribution is governed by location, demand, and the specific plan selected by the business.

4. Payments & Refunds

Premium plans are activated upon successful payment processing. All fees paid to LeadKartHub are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a separate service level agreement.

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or brings disrepute to the LeadKartHub community.

6. Amendments

LeadKartHub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be updated on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
